STOVEMASTER
"Steamul" Sauna Club heater Richmond Hill, ON. This large wood-fired Russian steam sauna stove was built in 350 sq ft sauna "Steamul" that has one of our wood-burning sauna stoves heating smaller sauna. The stove's dimensions are 55 "x70" x114 ". This new stove features 18 "x40" firebox of advanced design with preheated secondary air supply system that facilitates cleaner and more efficient combustion. This air-conditioning system allows to avoid smoke during the additional loading, and virtually eliminated visible smoke emissions from the chimney. A container made from a heat-resistant stainless steel sits above the firebox and holds 1400lb of rocks. The stove is fired once a day for 3 hours before the club's opening. 3 hours of firing (2.5 loads) bring temperature of the rocks in the container to 750F, and sauna room temperature up to 212F. Outside temperature range of the stove's red brick surface in the sauna room is 194-240F.
Design and construction drawings for this heater are provided by Igor Kouznetsov (www.stove.ru).
Steam Sauna Heater.
STEAMUL Sauna Club, 9688 Leslie St., Unit7, Richmond Hill, ON.
The heater is wood fired. It heats a sauna with area of 130sq ft. The heater's footprint is 41 "x41". Height is 7ft. The heater has a stainless steel container filled with 600lb of granite stones for steam generation. Stones do not have direct contact with the flames and gases. The fumigation of the firing schedule. The heater also has a coil (air heat exchanger) to regulate the temperature and humidity levels in the sauna room. Small doors at the ends of the heat exchanger can be opened when needed and then draft, formed in the coil, facilitates air movement through the coil that heats and dries the air in the room very quickly. Although the heater is designed to create a "Bania" (steam sauna) environment (140-160oF with 35-40% humidity), it is able to heat the room up to 215oF. Stones inside the container. Parameters can be regulated by the amount of fuel burned, the pattern of steam generation (how often and how much water is thrown on the stones) and by the opening of the coil. The firebox door is located in the adjacent room. The heater is not consuming air from the sauna room, and loading / service does not disturb bathing people. Remarkable: The heater consumed less than 1/3 of the bush cord during the first 10 days of the work ($ 100 worth of fuel, that means only $ 300 / month). It is at least 2.5 times cheaper than natural gas in the same application.

Steam sauna. Club of the sauna "Russian Bath". This industrial ore steam sauna, operating on wood, heats the sauna area of 160 square meters. Feet, maintaining the desired temperature range and creating high-temperature steam. The heater is equipped with an advanced furnace construction, which ensures highly efficient and clean combustion. This design allows you to control the temperature in the sauna without using electricity or any mechanical devices. The heater is designed with increased heat resistance, which allows to increase the service life and simplify maintenance.
